Please do not forget to have with you the following items on the correct days of the week!

  • PE Kits should be worn on the day of PE, which is Tuesday 
  • Homework to be handed in on Mondays and then handed back out on Wednesdays. 
  • Reading records and books need to be in school on a daily basis and signed. 
  • Timetables work sheets are to be taken home on a Friday/Monday to be tested the following Thursday.  

It is vitally important that the children become independent and take responsibility for ensuring that they have the correct equipment on the correct days.

Our final week together as Falcon Class! Where did the time go? 

 

I would like to say well done to all of you for your hard work in Falcon Class. 

It's been my pleasure to teach you all,  I am proud of all of you and I will never forget my first class! :) 

I wish our Year 6 children the best of luck on the next chapter of their lives in secondary schools. You will be great! And good luck to all year 5 children in their final year in Eagle class. I won't be too far away from you! :) 

 

This week you will be presenting your history project presentations - I am very much looking forward to it! On Monday we will be remembering/learning about Nelson Mandela as it is 'Nelson Mandela Day'. We will also be watching year 6 leavers' performance. Lots of learning quizzes and fun activities. 

You will also be sharing your adventure stories with lower KS2 children as well as your science information posters. 

 

You can bring card games, board games for our spare time (please no electronic games). 

 

Please remember to bring SUN HATS  and water bottles!

On Monday afternoon we will take part in a virtual 'Meet the Author' session (Aisling Fowler) 

Friday - 8th October - Non-school uniform day - Hello Yellow - Mental Health Day.

Children can wear a yellow item to school. We will be collecting money for the Young Minds charity - voluntary contributions.
